Welcome aboard.
A tad more info will be helpful, and I may not be the one to bail you out. But here we go.
You have the year (95) but we are going to need to know what motor, different motors=different quirks.
You said a new pci, you mean the computer (PCM) right?
It turns over with the key, but doesn't fire up, right?
Is it getting fuel? Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key to the "run" position?
Be as descriptive as you can and it will help others help ypu.
Good luck

Sorry new to this, 95 F150 5.0 engine, acted like the key was turned off Had no fire to coil change pcm it started up like new, turned it off and on 4 times ran good, got ready to go and it died just like the key was turned off, so changed coil pack, nothing, a friend took his module of his truck like mine, nothing, could it be the crank sensor if so where is it located,
