Marysville Ford

More of a mixed review here. I'll put it in list order to make it a lot easier.

Pro's:
They have a courtesy bus to take you places if you do not have a ride home or something (won't take you home, just to a casino or something to occupy some time).
Professional customer service (when you get to talk to them).

Neutral:
They have a courtesy car was, but the don't try the vehicle, so it leaves water spots all over your vehicle

Con's:
There was a recall of a couple things on my truck, so I had them fix it, they scheduled me in, I took my truck down there, and 6 hours later they call me and tell me they didn't have the part. My guess is they knew they didn't have the part, as I called around to other dealerships, and they said it was on national back-order.

In the service center there was only 3 or 4 people in there, and all of them where on the phone, so we sat and waited, one was off the phone for a couple minutes, didn't call us over, and answered another phone call. Finally I had to confront them about it, and they had to call in another person to deal with us, which took another 10 mins for them to show up.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Red Ford. If you'd like, I can document this for internal review. To make that happen, send me a private message (PM) with your full name, best daytime phone number, dealership info, and any specifics you'd like me to include. I'll do the rest.
