Here's my LINE-X story! I had my boat out of the water to apply some bottom paint. During my stay at local boat yard, a combine or trash collector boat pulled up beside me. It was a stainless steel, flat bottom boat. It did not have any paint on the bottom and the owner was complaining about rust; go figure! Anyway.....he started telling me about this stuff called LINE-X. He was an engineer type person and really seemed to know what he was talking about; convinced me anyhow! Long story short....he coated his boat and I kept in contact with him to see how it was working out. To date, he has coated all seven of his boats, his truck, trailers of various types, etc...

Well, here is my back ground; I have been in the corporate smell of things for over fifteen years. The timing was such that I needed a change. So I started investigating in LINE-X. I visited shops, I toured the corporate facility, I asked constuction people if they have heard of it, you name it!! From the boat guy to Joe Construction, I have never been more impressed with a product. One of the local dealers has even proposed to coat the water rides and the new Disney water park. This stuff is unbelievable.

If you haven't guess it, I quit my 15 year job...and bought a LINE-X dealership. I am spraying everything from swingsets to boat trailers and of course, truck beds! Yes...it is more spendy than that stuff you get in a can (the one that the lid doesn't come off ). But this is one of those products that I can honestly say, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!" I recently sprayed a fleet of tow trucks. The customer requested that the thickness be at least 1/4 inch! Now how long would you be there if you were trying to get that thickness out of a can? From start to finish, the average truck takes two hours. The LINE-X itself dries in 5 seconds; no drips or sags like the competitor! The preparation is what take the time; what you don't cover will inevitably get sprayed. ANYWAY....that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
