So I just started smoking...

Tail Lights that is


I pulled my factory tails off and put on the recon smoked LEDs and I love em. But my buddy wanted a set of lightly smoked lights for his truck so I figured what the heck.

Ordered some Nite Shades, Cleaned and Prepped the Lights, Sprayed, Cleared, Buffed and Polished.

Here is the Fruits of my First Attempt.

LOL Like I said he wanted a light coat. He lives in Vegas where he says they have the WORST cops around who will get you for just about anything.


I added a before shot of the lenses so you can see how much they changed.



Thanks expedition4x4. Masking these off was kind of a pain. I wanted to get straight lines that flowed from one light to the next on the 3rd, and rounded corners on the tails.

They look awesome, I did the same thing.. just did one coat on mine and they look alot better.

Hopefully he will come visit in the next week or so and we can get these installed on his 06 White Screw.

Ill be @#$%#& if I am going to smoke them for him and then drive almost 3 hours to deliver them.

Im now looking for more stuff to smoke as I used very little on those lights and I bought 3 cans
