Cargo hooks

Does anyone know if there are aftermarket billet/chrome cargo hooks out there to replace the dark gray, plastic ones one the side of our flareside 04-08 F-150's?

Ok, since the hooks obviously don't exist, does anyone know if anyone makes a nice billet plate to replace the hooks with?

There once was a store like f150store.com or something and it had these little plates that replaced the tie-downs.

Looks like an "entrepreneural opportunity".

But why would a person simply put plates in place of them?
