Max spare tire size?

Max spare tire size?
Just wondering if I would have any problems fitting a 33" tire in the spare tire area?

Should be fine. I read an article in Offroad Adventures magazine last month or so and they said a 35" spare should be able to fit in the space for the 2004-08 F150s. Havnt tested that myself though.

If you have dual tail pipes, be careful that they don't end up too close to the spare. There have been a couple that caught on fire.

Does gas tank size matter as there are several different sizes available?
