This weeked I sold my lift and swapped it onto my friends truck in less than 2 days
Got my truck on stands hope to complete by thurs. this week for less than $1500 complete

A week is pretty quick and probably possible if you are working on it all day.
i had a ton of problems to start with. He's already getting a better start with that D44 alot easier to setup than my pathetic dodge axles.
14-16" if you are measuring total lift including hangers, axle tubes, and perches then you will want to run atleast those 38.5's. Id definitely run the 38.5's thats already gonna be hard on the D44.
Im around 25" of lift and dwarf 44's (mounted one yesterday to see how it would look) Im also running 5.38's so im over geared for Highway.
You will notice some problems going into the SAS, the frame on these trucks is STUPID. Unless you buy Farmboy Fabrications starter kit (well worth the money)

Got hanger and shackles made and front end assembled this week. Front end will be under truck and welded today. Picked up a dana 70 with 4.56 for the cheap so shackle flip and blocks for the rear. Waiting on steering arm to arrive.
Should look nice, whats tires are you gonna be running?
yeah the D70 is alittle overkill but I will never break it......had a little trouble with the rear hangers for the front because of the cats but I welded in 1/2" plate to the hanger and frame and maybe a gusset......gonna finish rear flip and have u-bolts made on monday, hope steering arrives soon.
