My tranny keeps kicking out of 5th

i have a 95 f150 302 with a manual transmisson, all is good except when i put my truck in fifth it keeps popping out when i give it gas or when its in a little bit of a pull...im positive it isnt the fork and theres no grinding so its not the synchro...any ideas at all??? please help...

Doesn't have to grind to be the synchro. That's most likely what it is

the sleeve could be worn down , syncro or fork (even if no grinding is heard) or a bearing come out of alignment, or possibly the shifter bushings.

kinda where the actual shifter connects to the tranny, take out the 18 mm nut put it on the other side of the stud tighten till stud falls freely, remove shifter take out torque head x3 i think t27 not 100% sure... pull up on on the shaft and inspect.

okay 3 days ago i pulled the tranny, and you guys were right, there was a needle bearing torn apart on the 5th sync gear or whatever, we replaced the needle bearing and a shift fork that was partly worn, spent all day putting it all back together, and still i have the same problem...heh...any other ideas?? oh yea i replaced the sync's too...
