Are you saying that the bedsides are rusted out? Because if that be the case you can find someone to paint it for and just make it look okay. Or if its bad enough you might have to get a bedside replaced, which can be kinda expensive. But if you can weld and grind then you might be able to buy a new bedside and put it on yourself. Although it wouldnt be painted. But getting it painted will be no big deal at that point. Rust is no fun.
