Question big 3

sup guys
well im finally going to do the big 3 upgrade and also a yellow top. my wire is here, using 0 gauge wire and fuseing with a 300amp fuse. my question is can i remove the factory wire? like the one from the alternator to the bat positive? or do i have to leave them? please let me know thanks. doing this tomorrow hopefully

Some say remove oem wire, , others say in addition too oem. I went in addition too my oem

leave it, electrical current travels the path of least resistance anyways so there is no need to remove it, unless you want to waste your time

well the only reason i would remove it is because im going to get new terminals and why have two wires going to the same place. but if its a must to leave then i will. mmmmmm anyone else?

Unless your stock wiring is fubared, which it sounds like it isnt, then just keep the stock wiring on there with it.

well i did it and left all the factory wiring. this upgrade is great..does a way better job than the capacitor i HAD. i have very little dimming with my system turned up and also the dash lights dont dim when i press two of the window buttons. cant wait to get the yellow top this weekend im sure the little dimming i have will go away if not im good. thanks to all that helped!!!
