Body lifts offer fenderwell clearance for bigger tires, but do not offer any ground clearance under the truck (with the exception of the running boards, which will get more clearance). Suspension lifts give the bottom of the truck AND the fenderwells clearance, and also can improve the suspension performance. You will definately get what you pay for here.
