Have any of you raised your truck with torsion bars??
My cousin raised his Z71 2" in front adjusting his torsion bars. He said i could do it to my supercrew. Have any of you tried this is so, does it affect your ride any? please help
No problem! Adjust the bolts that tension the bars clockwise and the same number of turns and walla!
Actually, there as been some great discussion about the pros and cons of this modification. I lifted mine about an inch just to level the truck out. No ill effects here.
Good luck!

Yes, I have done it, as has a lot of people on these boards. No, it does not affect your ride, but you will need to have your front-end aligned afterwards. It takes about 5-min. You might want to do a search on this topic in previous posts because there has been quite a bit of discussion about it.
