Or worse the frame side bolted to the frame and laying limp and trying to set the engine down and line the engine up to the bolt holes? I would pull the bolt through the rubber, separate the mount halves and bolt the frame side to the frame, engine side to the engine and set it in that way.

aint gotten that far yet bud
i was having difficulty at first with removing the motor with one stud in the bell housing, it was so dirty i didnt even see it. but before i found that yeah i unbolted the mount from the block and frame. i will be putting the frame mounts back on the frame. i think i bend the drivers side motor mounting plate, not sure how.

i havnt touched the tranny yet, hauled a load with my parents truck and spent a day down there unloading and helping with a neon.

Earlier 4.6's had dual ECT's, one for the PCM, and one for the Gauge.

I don't know if this will help - but heres a black one plugged in on my 5.4L . You can see the wire colors. They may use the same colors of your wire harness.

The grey one in this pic looks just like my black one. The sensor behind the grey one doesn't apply. Don't look at that one , that's from a 3.8.

Were the two different in shape on the bottoms that you installed?

Gray with red stripe and light green with red stripe wires are for the Engine coolant sensor (the important one). The connector is gray. The Engine Coolant Sender is the one with the Yellow with red stripe and Red with White stripe wires. The connector is Black.

Damn- I hope you don't have - "Temp Sender Blowout"

Sure you don't need a little extra their? I think ONELOWF used a brass sleeve type deal on one of his. There's a pic of it somewhere.

I doubt that you will have a blow out, but maybe just a slow drip, that really stinks and drives you crazy!! It's only 16 psi so it'll work OK.

I think they get oxidized? I think i'm very possibly wrong..

You are probably going to have to upgrade to a 9.75, can you get that in a 4.88 or are you going to have to do 4.56 for both axels?
