Edge software where to

Where can I download the software for my Edge evolution. I e-mailed edge and they dont return e-mails. Anyone who could give me a link would be great.

You can also go to their website www.edgeproducts.com and click on the Evolution updates (bottom left) on the home page. It will then give you the option of selecting either the A2 or the Evolution...click the Evolution button. The lightning software download will be on that page.

Thanks both of you. Edges actual paid customer support must suck as they still after 2 days have not responded to my request.

Seems odd. They have responded very promptly to several E mails I have sent......... Try this - tech@edgeproducts.com <tech@edgeproducts.com>

Go to that thread also in the chips and tuner section. ASEMechanic is the tech for our tunes. He has been keeping us updated on all of the updates and will answer any questions. Sometimes it takes awhile for him to get an e-mail that is not sent directly to him.

Back to your original question, in the instruction manual it tells you how to download any updates and software.

Thanks both of you. Edges actual paid customer support must suck as they still after 2 days have not responded to my request.
This business is not like alot of others that pay someone with a book in front of them to provide teck support. Tech support from EDGE comes from the guy that is pounding the keys for the program. Bill gets a little busy sometimes. Give him time and you will not be disappointed.

Well Mine worked right out the box so I see no reason to update at this time but had I had a problem I think I would real pissed at Edges crappy response time to e-mails. I just hope I dont have any problems or questions in the future that cant be answered by you guys.
