Jump seat conversion
I am in the same boat. I was limited in my truck choices when I bought my '15 F-150 XLT. I wanted 4x4, crewcab, and the 2.7L eco. The one I bought was the only one that match my requirements. We bought from the dealer due to their lower prices compared to the dealers near our house, so it was a cost saving measure.
I don't need to do the conversion, but it sure would be nice. Now that I see it can be done.............maybe Mrs Claus will allow me to do it for Christmas.........lol.

82abnvet, i wrote a full guide to doing this in a xlt. if you want to look it up. cost me $700 and half a saturday. not too bad considering what the dealer wanted for it.
Dont misunderstand, im not trying to cut Chastine at all, if it wasnt for what he put up, i wouldnt have done mine. I just done some things a good bit different and wanted to share how for anyone interested.
