I don't know how well these are selling, this weekend when I was looking, the lots were packed with them, more of them than anything, very few v8's, several 3.5 eco's, only saw 2 3.5 non-eco's

If i had the cash to run it as a daily belive me id go with the purists and just get a 5.0 V8 ....

But in reality in europe its just too dam exspensive to run a V8!

Just to put the F150 into perspective our closest pickup is the Ford ranger which is about half the size of a F150 and it either comes with a 2.2 4 banger or a 3.2 five banger the annual road tax/liscense fee is about $650-750

A Gas V8 would be almost double! Not to mention fuel costs!

I have 4x4 screw 2.7 with 3.73 gears and I am averaging a little over 20 mpg with a slightly heavy foot. Good truck.

I have a 2.7, 4x4, supercab, 6.5ft box and 3.73 gears.

I spend most of my drive time (85% -90%) in city traffic and Iam averaging 19.6mpg. Had it up to 24.8mpg on a recent trip to the states.

The lots are full of them because that's the volume XLT truck. Lots used to be full of XLT's with the 4.6.

The day I bought mine 5 of them left the dealership before I did. I left at 5 PM and I was the 6th one they sold that day.

My local dealer has 40 2015 F-150's in stock, and 6 of them have the 2.7.
