Sync 3.0

I'm not sure if I just missed this, but has someone figured out if the 2015 F150 will be compatible with the new SYNC software?

It has been posted several times, No Sync 3 is not compatible with old version of sync. Wish it were. If the new system was apple play, I would really be bummed out.
