$824 for a 5 year old Ranger? were they at least kissing you, or did you qualify for the reach around?

I pay that much a year for full coverage. It all depends on how high risk your area is.

So more than likely your insurance company will be going after him for whatever they have to pay out. That text is going to cost that guy a lot of money.

PSA: don't get the state mandated minimum coverage, it won't cover much of anything and you will be on the hook for the rest. I found this out when a friend of mine was in a wreck. A guy passed out (diabetes not drunk) and hit 4 cars. He had $100k in coverage but that wasn't enough and all for other companies went after him to get their money back. I upped my coverage to $300k and it only added a few $$$ to my bill every 6 months. We all drive 4000-5000 pound tanks that can crush a lot of stuff in a hurry.

I have a TWELVE year old F-150........

Rangers have a very high resale value. Just try to find one in decent shape without paying through the nose for it.

Nope, the whole body is aluminum, cab and bed. The frame is steel.

Well, it's not square, but it's about 1300' at the widest spot. We're on 48 acres.

Ha ha! We've got about 30+/- acres of woods, the rest is pasture ground. I mow about an acre or so. Somebody bails the rest of it.

So, technically, I guess our LOT is only about an acre.

And I guessing you have either a zero-turn or a tractor for mowing, yes?

MASSIVELY JEALOUS I AM, my wife and I are paying 1207 just in rent for a ONE bedroom apartment in a four story building in Manassas Park. NO land, NO cattle, NO NOTHING!!!
