plug change on 2010 5.4L

A friend of mine owns a 2010 F150 lariat, with the 5.4L.

He wants to do a plug change, and just wanted to make sure before he starts it's a straight forward remove and replace job.

I just did the change on my 2006 5.4L and it was a beast with the breaking plugs(every one broke) and so forth, is the 2010 no issue?

The heads were revised in 2008, the 2010 has conventional style 1 piece plugs.

Enjoying my 2010 Platinum I've had for 6 months, but has 112K and needs plugs.

Are the Motorcraft SP-509 the plugs I need for replacement?
I also want to keep a spare coil in case, what is the Motorcraft stock number for that?

Thanks
