8 inches of lift with 6 inch kit

I currently have a procomp 6 inch lift on my 2011 fx4. Looking to get another 2 inches of lift. I have a AAL but was looking for a solution for the front. Are there any extreme problems with adding a 2" spacer? Anyone have any experience or input.
Also, is a driveshaft spacer necessary?

Thanks in advance.

Depends on what kit you have. If you have the kit with full replacement 6" coilovers, you can add a 2" spacer. If your kit came with a 6" spacer you'll need to add a pair of leveling struts such as the rancho 9000's to gain the 2".

As for driveshaft spacer, 8" is around the time people start needing them but it still is pretty truck dependent on whether you'll actually need it or not.

I'm running an rcx 6" with fox 2.0 coilovers up front and a 4.5 black with deaver mini packs in the rear with a drop shackle. About 8.25" up front and 8.75 in the rear. Once I get my icon uca's on I'll adjust the front with the coils. Some sells an extended driveshaft spacer (which I need to order) and you'll probably end up needing tubular uni ball control arms. Mine rub slightly, but the angles suck on the ball joints.
