2004 Ford F150 5.4 3v timing chain replacement help

I'm replacing the phasers and timing parts and just got the front of the engine off.

There was only one broken piece (circled in pic) as you can see in the picture. Can anyone tell me if these parts are after market? I am assuming they are.

I replaced phasers a while back then after a couple weeks started missing so I opened it back up to do this, but the guides and tensioners look ok???

Not sure what that part is, I am about to do the same job. I wouldn't put the original guides or tensioners back in since you went to the trouble of tearing it down, do it right and freshen it up!
