4.6 timing chains

I have just joined this forum though I have been viewing it for some time.
I have just done a head gasket and valve job on a 1997 f150 4.6 romeo
engine and have a question concerning the the timing chains setup that
I hope someone can answer.I have been following the posts of dynotech
and have found them very helpfull.I put the crank keyway at 6 oclock, marked
the end links, put them exactly on the crank sprocket and cam sprockets on
left and right cylinder banks.Checked that links did not move from the timing marks after releasing the tenstioners.Repeated this three times and got the
following same results. With the passenger side cam timing mark at 90% to
the cylinder head the drivers side cam timing mark is possibly 20-30 degrees
pointing to the left looking at the front of the engine. My question then is
this correct.I thought that they should be at the same orientation.
I thought perhaps a stretched chain was involved but measuring where the chains are closest to themselves there is one tenth of an inch difference
left to right.I would appreciate any comments

timing marks on opposing links on timing chains when halved, put on timing marks on crank sprocket and camshaft sprockets is a correctly timed engine. It is something like 21 revolutions or so until the marks on the chains line up with the marks on the crank and camshaft sprockets.
