I have a 2002 f 150 and the blower stopped working. All speeds worked until that point. By reading this forum I figured it to be the resistor so on my way to the auto parts store this morning it all started working again. Then on my way home nothing worked again. Any thoughts?

fan speed issues

Hi everyone, i too have a fan speed issue on my 02 supercrew 4.6L and 249k miles. When the fan swtich is in position 1,2 or 3 it blows the same (about half speed) and in position 4 it blows full speed. I replaced the resistor pack and charred pigtail connector that plugs into the resistor assy. Any ideas? do I have a bad selector switch? JBrew you mentioned a test M & N procedure in your post (#30). could you please send that to me. I'll leave you a pm with my eamail address. Thanks so much guys.

Dude these guys have done nothing but give you a streamlined, step by step process of elimination to fix your problem, from front to back, top to bottom... and you've done nothing but ignore their advice, and act like a little girl about not having the information you asked for... when it'd already GD there!! Sometimes mulptie times. So I suggest you take it to a shop and spend your money bc you obviously can't follow simple directions..

Why did you bring up a thread that's been dead for 8 years? Don't you read post dates before replying to a thread?
