I have a Cyberdyne tranny temp gauge in a pillar setup and it is too bright. Dimming is simply a hi or lo sort of deal with a day and switched night setting. It simply overpowers the Autometer Phantoms, especially at night.

Tech support told me that a resistor or diode will not work to dim it down and suggested window tint of some sort. Any ideas where I could get enough tint to cover one 2 1/16" gauge?
