rear brakes stick

i have a 96 F150 4x4 and i have had a lot of brake problems the rear breaks would not release after stopping they would just stick on. i replaced all of the components in the rear drums even the cylinders and now after less than 1000 miles the problem is coming back. any one have the same problem?

you may have to adjust the drum brakes so they don't stick.
