They now have this in a 305/70R17. From what I gather, they are approx. $125 or less. Does anyone have anything to say about these? Seems too good to be true. I'm considering switching to them on my dirtbike too.

A lot of people used to run these around here. I had a set of bias-ply Buckshots one time and liked them a lot. If I remember correctly, they didn't last very long, but not many mud tires did 20 years ago.

I have always heard good things about them. I would consider another set, but they are pretty hard to find around here now.

All in all, I think they would make a decent tire. For the price you can't beat them. Good luck, Rich.

 

i got a set of 305/70/16 maxxis on my truck and i got about 40,000miles on them and they still got real desent tread left and i do alot of highway mile , there fairly quiet when you first get them but after a few thousand miles they start to sing pretty good i would deffintly buy another set

 

Thanks for the info guys. Only thing I'm worried about is all the highway driving I do. I want aggressive tires, but I don't even really need them. Not sure if I should go 285/70 or 33/12.50 either. Which size fits these tucks better?
