33 will fit nicely on your rig , im running a 305/70/16 on my truck which is a 33 and they dont rub at all i got a couple of buddies that are running 315/75/16 wich are 35 but they rub the inner frame on the truck when thet turn and they had to cut the front air dam .

the goodyear mtr are very exspensive and they ride roug and hard to balance , the bfg are good tires they ride good but are exspensive to , im running a 305/70/16 buckshot maxxis they ride good and fairly quiet and they alot cheaper than the bfg and mtr

Just shared alot of info...Go check these out...One quick thing, I know this is very minor but some people ask...a 33X12.50 actually measures 32.9" in dia and a 305/70 is 33.1" in dia...a true 33".

I've seen a local guy around here running 315-16's on his F-150, and they looked sweet. It also looked like they raised his truck up a good 3" compared to stock tires. I even got down on my hands an knees to check for a body/suspension lift. He was bone stock! FWIW, I'm going to be putting 285/45/16's on my stock Expedition in October......
