.....I'm carrying my spare on a matching 17" alum. wheel underneath the truck, makes rotation easier. What's the best way to "hide" the tire and wheel, I work in a "tough" section of Philly? Anyone know of a weatherproof spare tire cover that won't pool water, that "breathe's", or is there a better way? I'd like to keep the tire underneath the bed. thanks in advance

No chain, cable, rusty pad lock, or hassle crawling under the truck to unlock the spare. But I did end up ordering the lock from a ford dealer. I comes with some newer models.
