Best way is to bring it to a body shop willing to take on the task.
It is doable and they will come out nice.
If you really want to do it yourself, take a look on YouTube and get some ideas.
Doesn't matter if it's a Ford rim or a XYZ model rim. Process works for pretty much all aluminum rims.
The other option is to contact a wheel refurbisher, and a lot of times they will buy back your rims and you pay 1/2 price or something for a new set of the same rims.
Or it won't hurt to upgrade your rims either with aftermarket.
