rear braking violent shudder

I have replaced all brakes front rotors and pads, and rear drums and shoes.
in the morning when it is cool, I have almost no shudder when applying the brakes at any speed.
in the afternoon the rear begins to shudder upon brake application at any speed.
I have checked and rechecked and adjusted the rear out as far as I can and still get the drums on easily....

any thoughts? I have NO ABS lights on either?
