Vibration and Parking Brake Issues

I just bought a 2008 5.4 F-150 XLT 2WD with 214000 km on it Through a private sale. The steering wheel was vibrating when I got it up to about 60kms and would go away at about 90kms. I figured it might be the wheels. So I took it in and got the wheels balanced. All 4 were way out. Thought it would drive smooth and resolve the problem after that. I was wrong. Now it starts vibrating at 70kms. And every so often the parking light comes on even though it’s not engaged. I usually have to engage it and release it to get it to go away. I’m not a mechanic. And I’ve probably learned far more than I wanted to about Ford trucks with my 05 FX4 and the infamous cam phaser issues. But I have a feeling the brake and the vibration may be related. Anyone else have this issue? Or maybe where to look? I’ve been told by the Mrs that I can’t toss a bunch more money at my vehicles. She too was frustrated with the previous truck. Hahaha!
Thanks in advance!
