2003 2wd front rotor/hub replacement kit (by Centric?)

Hello all,

I have a two-wheel drive 2003 F150 and I just learned that I cannot replace "just the rotors" because this truck apparently has a one-piece "rotor and hub assembly" from the factory, instead of a separate hub on which a much cheaper rotor can be installed.

I have also read about a Centric kit that converts from the factory single-piece rotor/hub assembly to a traditional two-piece system with separate hub and rotor, and I'm considering using this kit so I can replace just my rotors from now on. But so far I haven't been able to find one of these conversion kits. Did Centric stop making them? Or am I simply failing to find them online?

Those kits are only available for 2004 and newer. You have no choice but to replace the rotor/hub assembly.

This explains why I cannot find a kit for my 2003 then, doesn't it?

Thanks for the quick reply!
