Monster XD Wheel Shake

Monster XD Wheel Shake
Hey guys first post on the forum, been a proud owner of my 2004 F150 XLT Supercrew for just over 2 years now.
I had picked up a used set (mounted but not used) of 20x10 -12 Monster XDs for my truck. Love the look, however I have been struggling immensely trying to get rid of this terrible wheel shake at highway speeds.
I have had them rebalanced by 4 differing companies now (2 local, 2 big box stores) one which had them road forced balanced, however I still get the wheel shake at around 100km/h (60mph)
Now with the road force tested it showed the following specs as far as wheel runout goes:
Front left: runout 0.17
Front right: runout 0.12
Rear left : runout 0.31
Rear right: runout 0.22
Now I dont know if these numbers are whats causing the truck to get the wheel shakes, or if perhaps its a faulty set of hubcentric rings or bad lug nuts?
Before I go and re-order a new set of 20x9 with a +18 offset, I want to ensure that a new set would fix the problem, and maybe with these numbers I was basically just scammed out the individual selling these because perhaps he had the same problem which is why he swapped down to 20x9 +35 offset, though all he stated was he needed to sell them because "they didnt work with his lift kit".
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
