275/65R20 on stock with no level?

I have a 2016 f150 sport 4x4 with no level. stock tire size is 275/55R20. Will a 275/65R20 fit without any rubbing?

275mm x.65 is 178.75mm sidewall
275mm x.55 is 151.25mm sidewall
178.75mm -151.25mm is 27.5mm more tire sidewall
27.5mm/25.4 is 1.08 inches extra sidewall (25.4mm is an inch)
2x1.08 is 2.16 inches more diameter

https://tiresize.com/comparison/ looks like they agree.

Just posting what the numbers mean .... "nominally". Variations due to tread design, tread width (not section), and worn versus new will affect the comparison.

I've read of guys running 275/60R20 .... I think they maybe had a issue at full turn at rear of fender?

I am buying a 2nd set of factory 20 inch rims from a guy I know for $250 that came off a 2013 FX4. I was wanting to put a set of mud grips on those to run doing the winter and hunting seasons and use the factory tires that came on my truck during the summer. I just didn't know how much bigger of tire I could go without it rubbing. Was thinking of just going with a 275/60R20 but while looking I found a set of 275/65R20 Firestone Destination M/T that I could get less than any mud tire I found in a 275/60R20

Has anyone run the 275/65/20 yet successfully on a stock 2015-2019 truck ???

Trying to decide between Nitto TG G2's in 275/60 or 275/65-20.
Figure someone has to have run this popular combo!

Lightbulb

I went 275/60-20 because I want NO chance of rubbing. I dirt bike every Sunday and drive into the woods on uneven terrain.

Bone stock 2018 with 20" wheels. Nitto Terra Grappler G2's.

I'm SURE the 275/65-20 would be fine, but still happy with the out-come.

I know old post but I am looking though these as I picked up a big piece of metal and need to replace tires but when I bought my 2015 used it has those exact Nitto in 275/65/20 stock platinum wheels and no issues at all I might get some size but in something more aggressive,

275-60-20 Cooper AT3 4S

The Nitto's are close to dead at 36k. Disappointing for sure. Gonna try these Cooper's.
