New Wheels Questions

I have Goodyear Wrangler AT/S 275 65 R20 tires and wheels on my truck for several years. The wallet it kinda tight and need new sneakers. Thinking of going down to 18" wheels but want to keep the same ride height as what I have now. I have done some searching here on the forums but need to know what wheel and tire size I should be looking at to try and stay with the same height. I am not a tire expert thats why I am asking my Forum friends.

I have 2004 F150 Supercrew 4X4

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

You have 275/65 you said, so they are 34.1"s tall? The factory size in the Wranger A/T is 275/55 so thats why I ask.

275/65-20 equals out to being 34.1"x10.83" wide. The closest size in 18" that comes to mind is 295/70-18 which on average is 34.3"x11.61". Use this tire calculator to try come size comparisons. No two tires or sizes will be precise, a speedo recal is almost always necessary for accuracy. But with one of these online calculators you can calculate and compare overall tire circumference and revolutions per mile.
