275/65/20 wrangler mtr-k
295/60/20 trail grapplers
275/65/20 toyo mt
basicly they are all 34x11 give or take,i can get the wranglers for 185 a piece threw a friend but I hear they are very heavy.my gear ratio is 3.55,s.im looking for best tire for my needs and fuel economy.ordering asap so plz help me decide.thanks.

well we dont know what your needs are, nor what truck and specs you have. toyo is heavy as well, will last forever, and are quiet. nitto is also on the quiet end but does not last as long. i swear by toyos.

either way with a 3.55 and 34s you will lose some power and mpgs

Sry its a 09 crew 4x4. My needs are more hwy than anything else but I do do alot of off roading aswell mainly mud and dirt some rocks

I have a work van so truck is parked majority of its life need tires for deer camp things like that

x2 on Toyos, 52,000 miles, and the main reason mine need replaced are because my ball joints wore them improperly, otherwise I would not doubt 55,000 - 60,000 miles out of these. I average 20k miles a year but for the last year I have had a daily driven car. so it has saved them some life.

I have heard the Nitto Trail Grapplers are just as good, but oddly they cost a bit more due to the hype of the name and the many positive reviews on Trail Grapplers. That tire is nothing more than a re-vamped Toyo Open Country M/T but is made out to be as just as good of quality as its sibling.

well if you have a daily driver you could go to a mud terrain if you really needed it. the all terrain will do fine, but if you can take the hit in mpg the mud terrain will look and perform better.

are you dead set on a 34? some sizes will get you closer to a 33 which will help the lose in power and mpg. i ran 275/70/18 toyo mts for a while which is 33x11x18 and loved those tires.

either way, stick with toyo, you wont be sorry:rocker:

I really like my Maxxis Bighorns I use for my mud set. They are loud as hell, probably because they were already chopped up and cupped a bit when I bought them. Great in the mud though. :) I have friends that swear by their Firestone Destination MT's

Are the 33s on the truck in pick are you going to 33s that your comparing in pick.

Yes the truck is on 33s in the pic. 33x12.50s. The tire next to it is a 35x12.50.
