brake rotors

Last week i checked my rotors and pads for damage/wear because they are squeeling...LOUDLY. I noticed i need new rotors and i have no clue on what brand or type (drilled or slotted) to get. i do a lot of towing and hauling with my truck. Anyone know of what type to get or what brand?

Check out Rock auto for the pricing and such.. Alot of folks run the EBC rotors.

It is OK to ask questions...

If you are hauling and towing, you don't need anything too fancy (slotted/drilled) - just a plain vented rotor is fine. Centric is a good company that has been around forever and makes quality rotors.

For pads, it doesn't get much better than Hawk for quality and performance.

I am usually prefer centric and pronto but ACDelco is also nice one. Drilled one is better over the slotted because it has more heat dissipation and cool down the braking parts more rapidly.
