Didn't know the 2011 F150 had autolearn for TPMS..
 

apparently mine does. Tossed on a set of Monsters with new TPMS from ebay and no sensor light whatsoever. The light still comes on with the lamp test on the cluster but no errors. I thought they had to be associated, lest you live with the yellow light.

My light on my 07 didn't come on until 90 some miles.

well I have a ford trigger tool so no big deal if it does .

Let us know if that works as the procedure for resetting is totally different than earlier procedures. The new procedures does not include the reset tool.

Like the others state, it takes time. You will need to drive a steady driver above 25mph for at least 20 miles for it to go off (not the low pressure indicator, but sensor fault). That is if you used different sensors. If you used the same sensors, it may never go off as it does not care about sensor position (which spot on vehicle).

I used different ones.

75 miles since my last post and still no TPMS light other than self-check during startup.

The system changed when they went from band sensors to valve stem type, the light should have come on until the new sensors are learned

I would be willing to bet that every night he parks within about 50' of the OE tires and wheels. A sensor fault will not occur immediately, it takes about 20 miles above 25mph to get the error. If he parks near the old tires and wheels, that would reset every night.

No, I actually put the original wheels in the garage basement at my parent's house due to no room where I live about 4 miles away. When I do go there several times a week the wheels are probably 75-80 feet away. I've put about 200 miles on the truck now.

I have no idea myself why it hasn't come on. I'm going to go ahead and use the ford trigger device that the dealership gave me when I got the truck and make sure/go ahead and register them though.

Have you gone any distance (over 20 miles without stopping) at one time? 200 miles in the time of this thread is nothing. My guess 4-5 mile trips. And that 75-80' m ay be close enough.

When did you say you had gone through the reset process. You didn't. It does not autolearn anything. You have to go through the reset process as listed in the owners manual as was told to you.
