Does a level affect MPG's

Guys -
I wanted some sound proof, that a level does or does not effect gas mileage. I am debating it for my truck, only for that reason. I have already lose some MPG's with the bigger wheels, and since most of my driving is highway im trying not to lose much more.

Thanks guys!

Maybe going 75 mph into a 40 mph headwind but normal driving it would be hardly noticed. My '04 was leveled 2 1/2 inches and I couldn't tell. Tires are the biggest factor.

It will affect it adversly slightly. A lift is much worse. If it's the look you want, it will be worth it.

Add the level you will be fine. With that 2011 you can prob just go with a 1.5" kit anyways.

its more of the heavier tires affecting mpg than a level, id say do it, a leveled truck looks so much better imo

Didn't affect me much if any. Still get 16 average which is where I was before.

im gonna prob just do the 1.5, thats the difference when i measured it.

Plan on doing the exhaust, will do both at same time and then im done with the mods.

with these last 2 mods, i;ve dropped 5K in 3 months. Im out of money now. Now its time to just enjoy driving it.

Thanks guys for your inputs!
