Are you dead set on BFG . TIRES EASY has a Falken Wildpeak AT that has a good looking tread . 188 Dollars plus shipping is not too bad either

decided to go with the 285 65 18 BFGs, never in my life did I think I would spend that much on tires...hope they look as good as Im thinking they will

What year truck are you putting those on? I have an 09 (no level kit) and was thinking of jumping up to that size. A pic would be great.....

I have an 04 and ran a 285/65 and a 305/65 with a spacer at the time. The 305's were a bit bigger than the 285's. They're 33's and 35's. I rubbed a little with the 305's on OEM wheels and aftermarket wheels kicked them out enough they almost stopped rubbing. The 285's cleared easily on aftermarket wheels.
Here are the 305's http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17...17fc2c7962.jpg Here are the 285's (but.....after I installed my 6" lift, but on the same wheels) http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17...0/DSCN0813.jpg ...and 275/65/18 Goodyear AT/S on OEMs http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17...IMGP2887-1.jpg |
