Biggest tires size on 2000 f-150 with no lift kit

Hey just wondering what the biggest size of tire and rims i can put on my 2000 ford f-150 that has no lift kit on it. I am just looking at some
275 65 r18 wondering if they would fit

Thanks

My friend has a 2001 F-150 4X4, and he cranked his torsion keys. He's running 35s on 16x10 rims. They fit really tight, but they don't rub even at full turn in forward or reverse. I was pretty amazed. He didn't get new keys. Just tightened up the stock ones

Got 33's on 16x10's on mine and have room to flex without rubbing.

325/60/18s here. Leveled with tbars.. No rubbing, minor trimming.

I'd suggest a 10 inch wide wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing and a 33x12.50 tire.
