Discount Tire (or discounttiredirect.com). Thats where I got my 35x12.5r20s. They'll price match anyone if you go to a Discount tire store too.

Hows the tread life been?

I had a set of 35x12.50's and they had awesome tread life. I don't think they make a 13.50 though

Yea they do now. they are a little bit more expensive then the 1250s. someone said they got 80k miles out of a set of stt's. im not looking for 80k. but 50k, that would be great.

Dern.. ok, I was wantin some 13.50s when I had mine but they didnt make them at the time. and yeah mine got about 60,000

gcart Dec 13, 2010 09:16 PM

thats great considering i will have about 95% highway life lol.

Wow, count me surprised that you got 60,000 out of your set. I only have about 15,000 miles on my set right now and I figure that I have about 2/3rds of the tread remaining. Still, my math leads to about 45,000 miles, which is still pretty good for a mud terrain.

Oh, and one quick word of warning.

Those new 35x13.5s have a 'N' speed rating, which means that the tire has only been tested to be safe up 85 mph. The 35x12.5s are a 'Q' rating, which means 100 mph. Just to let you know.

Do it!! I love mine. Haven't had them long but they been great! Trying to get my self a cheap set of 35" grabbers so I can switch out when I feel like it haha.

gcart Dec 14, 2010 07:49 AM

Wow 85mph lol. i have gone 120 with my coopers. i wonder what they are rated as.

Watson91 Dec 14, 2010 11:08 AM

I doubt you will be doing much racing with them 35s. I bet you will experience a little more engine load with them. Unless your next mod is a whipple?

gcart Dec 14, 2010 02:06 PM

haha i have a 4.6, no whipple. But no, no racing. lol. i will get to 90 max.

Watson91 Dec 14, 2010 02:12 PM

That 4.6 may hate you soon.

gcart Dec 14, 2010 02:40 PM

It hates me now. i will stick some 4.10's in the rear end. what all do i need to do a gear swap?
