Pro Comp Wheels and BFG's

I know there are tons of posts on here about wheel and tires, but I'm pretty retarded when it comes to Backspacing and offset etc.... I have a 2007 FX4 Super Crew (with a 2.5" leveling kit), and was wondering if anyone had this setup or could tell me if this would work. I was planning on buying the Pro Comp Series 7005 wheels , 18"X9". The best I can tell these wheels come with 5" Backspacing, and a 0 offset.I was also looking at putting the BFG Allterrains on them at a 305/65-18. OR if anyone could offer different tire size options/pictures that would work with my setup I would greatly appreciate it.

They will fit with some minor trimming.

If I stuck with my stock wheels would that help or hurt the rubbing? Also, is there a particular offset/backspacing combo that would keep them from rubbing?
