I don't think it will work. The 01 should be a 5 lug pattern, and the 07 should be a 6 lug.

Now, if you really wanted to, I believe they make 5 lug to 6 lug adapters/spacers, but even if you did go that route, which I don't think anyone will recommend, the wheels will need to be at least 17" wheels. This is because the 2007 has larger brakes that require a larger wheel. I think the Lariat might have had 17" wheels in 2001.

So, if the stock wheels you have are 17" wheels, and you get an adapter for the lug patterns, you might be able to make then fit. Not positive though.

Not possible at all 04 and up are 6 lug with the exception of the gvwr 7700 that are 7 lug. 97-04 heritage are 5 lug

No, and adapters would cost you about the same as getting new wheels.

And if the tires are 16", you can forget about those also. Smallest wheel you can fit on an 04 up is 17".

And destroy you bearings because of the increased space between hub and rim face thus causing extra force on it

What is a gvwr 7700? I have a 2007 scab xlt 5.4 4x4 with towing package and sun roof and full electric rolldown windows in the back halfdoors. kind of a weird package. I bought it with some cheesy stock alum ugly *** ford wheels but the dealer changed them out to some eagle alloys as part as a buy incentive. thing is they have 7 lugs which i find really strange. I didnt bother to look at the stock wheels before they were changed. Is this right or did they put some kind of adapter on? I guess if worse comes to worse ill get off my lazy *** and pull a tire. Gotta do it sooner or later because ive got a lift kit and a few other mods waiting to be installed.
