Which Wagner TQ's Brake pads

Which wagner TQ brake pads would be better for a DD? The semi-metallics or the ceramics? I want NO dust w/ good stopping power on OE rotors. Truck is 02 screw 4x4.

I have 95,000 miles running the TQ semi-metallics. They do exactly as you described for me. I have never tried the ceramics, but I don't see how they could be any better.
