what size wheels and tires are these?

could someone tell me what size wheels and tires are on this truck? im new at all this. the seller says the wheels are 20x10 and the tires are 38X15.50XR20. Do those wheels look a little small for 20's to anyone else, or is it just me?

I cant see the picture . But a 20" rim will look small when you wrap a 38" tire around it. Im sure the seller is telling you what hes got for sale.
