Need FINAL Opinions on Wheels!
 

I need opinions on a few things please! I love the XD Addict wheels, just can't decide on the size and color...

A. Should I go with 17" or 18" rims (going with 33" tires, I'm not sure if 18" will look to big or not)
B. Do you think the black or the black and silver would look better on my truck?

In those wheels, all black. Are those the HDs you have on right now?

im thinking all black on yours since you have the black bumpers

All black since you have a lot of stuff already blacked out.

i say paint your bumpers white and then do all black wheels. those bumpers kill the look of fords.

x2 on painting the bumpers white. I also agree w/ the all black. IMO a solid black wheel was made for a white truck.
It's the best combonation since Saturday and Sunday. (yea, i know i stole that from a commercial)

thanks a lot for the opinions guys! I really appreciate it! If I had the money would replace the whole front end with a white bumper and black billet grille, but that wont happen for a while. I think both would look amazing, but I will probably go with black.

No need to replace bumpers. Paint the ones you have now. You can probably have them professionaly done for $300.00. White is a cheap color paint to buy.

Well the back bumper nd the bottom half of the front bumper is metal, so that might look decent painted, but the top half of the front bumper is plastic, I would think that would look pretty dorky painted.

This will be one of the only times you'll ever hear me say this: I'd go with the all black rim in 18's and leave the bumpers alone. White bumper would look like crap IMO. Oh and I hope you are throwing 33in MT's on there...

haha so now its just down to 17" or 18"...tough decision...I am probably doing 33" Nitto Trail Grapplers...I would do MT's, but I hear they run like crap on the road...

18s! The bigger the better!

ehhh see I'm kind of going away from that...I'm on 22's...im going for the offroad look, not the street look.

yea I wish I had some pictures of 17's on 33's and 18's on 33's to compare...guess I will look around online

If you have to change from what you have I'd do the 18's, but honestly I like your truck the way it is.

anyone have a picture of 18's on 33 inch MT's or Trail Grapplers (a meaty looking tire anyways)? Are these 33 inch tires?? I know they are 18" Addicts..

God idk, I originally said go with the 18, but now I'm thinkin 17 would look better. I guess It depens on how much sidwall you want. I've got 35in MT's on a 17in rim and I actually like the look of it, not too much sidewall and not too less of a sidewall.

Black Addicts...if my truck didn't have so much chrome I would buy a set

Black 18s......love mine! Im running 295/70/18s they come out to be a true 33 but are advertised as a 34. You would need a lift for these.

Why dont you powder coat the 22" HD's and put 33's on them? Nitto makes a Terra Grappler in 305/45/22 which is 32.81" tall.

I will put like a 3inch leveling kit on it for now, and later getting a 6inch Pro Comp Lift.

thanks for the idea, but not the look I am looking for at all...and it would be pretty rough offroad.

Just guessing but I think you will have to do some trimming with the leveling kit.

ehh the shop will be doing it lol, so its not a big deal. I will get a lift for my birthday in 2 months or for christmas hopefully.
