02 supercrew 4x2 / larger tires?

Currently running 275/60/17 on stock wheels. Found a set of 265/70/17 tires. I am not worried about the speedo. Will these fit?

Yes, dependion on the wheel you use. They will fit using the OEM wheels or an 8 inch wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing.
