Will This Fit? Experts Needed

I am about to embark on purchasing the Rancho QuickLift and new tires and wheels for a 2006 XLT SuperCab 4x4. The last thing I want is any tire rub - but also do not want the tires sticking out further than the mirrors. Here is what I would like to install:

305x65x18 BFG Tires on Eagle Series 186 (18x9 with a 5" offset)

I have read and read and this should absolutely fit without any tire rubbing or trimming necessary. The question is how much should I anticipate the tires sticking out beyond the body given the offset and overall wheel width?

Thank you in advance for helping out a newbie.

How much lift is that? I'd think you'll be clear.... run 305/70R16 with the bars lower than stock on a '97. And that 305 shouldn't stick out too much..... only about 2 inches wider than your stock tire, if that. And half that width will be on the inside toward the frame.

The Rancho QuickLift is 2.5" of lift in the front of the truck. It replaces the strut and uses the OEM springs rather than adding a spacer at the top.

sdf1fans,
Your planned setup should work just fine with no rubbing. I have 305/70/17 tires on an 9" wide wheel with 5.5" bs and 2" level and do not rub at all. My tires stick out about an inch past the wheel wells. Your setup would probably stick out about .5" further. I have a pic in my gallery that will give you a better idea, just click the little camera.
