Rockstars with less than 38mm offset
 

I want to run a 22x9 kmc xd black rockstars on 325/50/22 nitto terra grappler with a 2 1/2 leveling kit on my 2004 ford fx4 but the only offset i cn find is 38mm. That will rub on the control arms and inner stuff right. Do i have to find a new wheel???

What's the backspacing on the Rockstars?

they will definitly rub the control arms with +38 offset and 35" terra's. you may want to look for a new wheel or go with 1/2" spacers. be aware that spacers are not a good idea in most cases and some people dissagree but they will get you the wheels you want with the offset you need to run those tires

they are 6 3/4 backspacing. Man that sucks really bad because i want these wheels. No spacers, had them before and the studs stripped off and there went the tire/wheel. Why do they only make one offset for the ford f150 with the rockstars, that sucks. I mean i wouldnt mind changing tires if i had a better selection for 22's i have terra grapplers now and hate them but i have no choice of tires

Most likely the reason is because most people who buy 22's don't put oversized tires on them. and if I learned anything from my search for rims is the magority rules. I had a real hard time finding a good selection of 17 and 18 inch wheels as 20"+ is so popular.
